Message	This comes from a friend who is a Master Tech @ a Nissan Dealership and has been for many years. Just because your tranny is fine does not mean that there's a problem with them....You seem to have gotten lucky. I'm sure the MAJORITY of the transmissions are sound but you need to recognize that there is a flaw that has them being replaced under warranty frequently. I'm sure those that have to deal with this inconvenience don't go around bragging about it to their friends and neighbors after shelling out $30 + Grand on a NEW sports car. Maybe that's why you have'nt heard about it. Also, there may be quite a few 350 Zs with 600-700 hp but that's because those HP numbers are way easier to come by in 2007 than they were in 1990. Remember-back then,the Viper and the ZR-1 were the ones with all the HP @ around 400-405. I'm glad YOUR tranny is holding up well but my statement was WELL INFORMED...not misinformed. Good Luck with your 350....your 300 needs no luck, just regular oil changes...;-) Rob D.
